Activating mediation is simple: you download the form, fill it in with the requested data, send it to our Secretariat and a meeting will be scheduled within 15 days in the presence of the counterparty and the mediator in charge, third and impartial

Short times, fixed and predetermined costs, tax breaks

Compared to an ordinary trial in court, the times are very short (maximum 3 months), the costs are considerably lower and tax breaks are provided (tax credit up to 250 euros if the mediation is not successful and 500 euros if it goes to good end; no registration tax up to a value of 50,000 euros)

No imposition and word to the parties

The Mediator is not a Judge and will never impose anything.

The floor is given to the parties, who are the only protagonists of the affair, in order to seek a settlement agreement that takes into consideration the various interests and that is satisfactory for all

The agreement has the value of an enforceable title like a Sentence
